We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist with the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding requirements.
• Assist with joining formalities and documentation.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports.
• Support the HR team in daily activities.
