We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and coordinating with candidates. The role involves working across multiple sourcing channels and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail\-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Post job openings on various platforms and manage incoming applications
Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable applicants
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment data and update internal trackers
Support end\-to\-end recruitment activities across different roles
*Requirements:**
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within defined timelines
Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
