1\. End\-to\-End Recruitment Management
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer rollout.
Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social platforms. **Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.** Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. **Ensure timely feedback collection and offer closure.**
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
