We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding activities.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
