We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with hiring platforms, and the ability to identify top talent across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT, Non\-IT, or bulk hiring (as applicable).
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
