• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, engineering, production, maintenance and plant\-level positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and candidate specifications from department heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, recruitment consultants and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess qualification, experience, salary expectations and suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews, management interviews and candidate follow\-ups.
• Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, offer coordination and joining follow\-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, offer status and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate campus recruitment and consultant\-based hiring whenever required.
• Track recruitment progress and follow up with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Monitor candidate dropouts, offer\-to\-joining conversion and recruitment challenges.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• *Candidate Profile**

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in technical, engineering, manufacturing or plant\-level recruitment will be an advantage.
• Hands\-on experience using Naukri, Indeed or other recruitment portals.
• Good understanding of resume screening, interview coordination and recruitment tracking.
• Strong communication, follow\-up, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
