• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical, non\-technical and plant\-level positions.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, reconciliation and full \& final settlements.
• Coordinate statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and applicable labour laws.
• Manage employee induction, documentation, employee records and HR operations.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement activities.
• Manage office administration, vendor coordination, housekeeping and facility requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with department heads, Finance, consultants and management for HR and administrative requirements.

• *Candidate Profile**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
• Hands\-on experience in recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance and administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹54,000\.00 per month
