• *Key Responsibilities**

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

✅ Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

✅ Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for various roles.

✅ Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

✅ Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
