We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive HR Operations \& Client Coordination Executive to manage end\-to\-end recruitment operations and client requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, handle multiple hiring assignments, maintain recruitment databases, and ensure timely delivery of candidates for various positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Schedule and coordinate client interviews and feedback sessions.
Recruitment Operations
Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate follow\-ups with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Administrative Tasks
Prepare job descriptions and hiring reports.
Manage recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and documentation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain data accuracy in CRM, ATS, or Excel sheets.
Handle offer letter coordination and onboarding support.
