We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **HR Recruiter** to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced hiring environment.
*Roles \& Responsibilities:**
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and networking channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands\-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other job portals
Good interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment abilities
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools
Strong follow\-up and relationship management skills
