HR Recruiter

Hiring experienced HR professional for construction materials \& logistics startup.

Responsibilities

• Build complete HR system and policies from scratch
• Handle recruitment for sales, logistics, operations \& office staff
• Create hiring process, employee structure and HR workflows
• Manage attendance, joining, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate payroll and basic HR operations
• Build company culture and discipline systems

Experience is mandatory.

Candidates from construction, logistics, manufacturing or startup background preferred.

Pay: ₹15,494\.38 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
