Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **HR Recruiter** to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resource management.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• *Requirements**

• Any degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet recruitment targets.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
