Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk hiring, particularly for Sales, Business Development, and Field Sales roles. This position is focused exclusively on recruitment and offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in high\-volume talent acquisition within a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, and related positions.
- **Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.** Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- **Screen applications and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.** Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- **Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.** Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- **Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.**
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- **Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.**
- Stay updated on market trends and effective sourcing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- **Experience in bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Field Sales profiles.**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Strong candidate engagement and negotiation abilities.**
- Proficiency in job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other sourcing platforms.
- **Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.**
- Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- **Ability to assess candidate suitability and make informed hiring decisions.**
Eligibility Criteria
- BBA, MBA, or any relevant graduation degree.
- **1–3 years of recruitment experience.**
- Prior experience in bulk hiring for Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or similar roles is preferred.
- **Candidates with dedicated recruitment experience will be given preference.**
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
