Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Support HR activities and administrative tasks as assigned.
