We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **HR Recruiter Intern** to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. This internship offers hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
*Key Responsibilities**
Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
*Required Skills**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
