Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role: Be part of our HR \& Talent Acquisition team and gain hands\-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and corporate hiring projects.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn \& job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up and engage with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel \& Google Sheets.
• Post job openings and build candidate pipelines. • Assist HR team with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

• Support HR documentation and compliance tasks.

Eligibility: • Students \& freshers from any discipline (HR, Management, Commerce). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of Excel \& Google Sheets. • Self\-motivated and eager to learn.
