HR Recruiter Intern

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients and coordinate feedback.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
