HR Recruiter Internship

The candidate will work closely with the HR team to source candidates, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates
• Support onboarding and HR operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and hiring platforms
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge

• Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, BBA, MBA, Management, Psychology, or related fields
