*Key Responsibilities**
Manage **end\-to\-end recruitment cycle**
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Post jobs on Indeed \& LinkedIn.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow\-ups with candidates
Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
*Requirements**
1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non\-IT both can work)
Good understanding of **end\-to\-end recruitment process**
Comfortable working in **night shifts (US Shift)**
Willingness to work on **US hiring (training provided)**
