\-Conducting interviews with potential candidates on call
\-Checking out resumes of the candidates for several positions
\-Performing background checks along with reference checks
\-Helping company managers by making numerous recommendations
\-Using different social media platforms for sourcing candidates
\-Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
\-Maintain strong database of candidates
\-Maintaining strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and with candidates to guide them through the process.
\-Reviewing resumes, cover letters, and applications to screen out unqualified candidates and create shortlists of those who meet the specific job criteria.
\-Negotiating terms, benefits, and compensation packages with selected candidates.
\-Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
\-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\-Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
\-Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
\-Thirst to grow professional ladder.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
