We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making **40–50 calls per day** for candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow\-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make 40–50 candidate calls daily for screening, follow\-ups, and interview coordination.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage job postings on various hiring platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Generate daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow\-up and coordination abilities.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Note
Candidate sourcing will be handled by the Recruitment Manager.
The selected candidate will primarily focus on calling, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination.
