Job Overview

Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and dynamic **HR Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end\-to\-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare job postings and manage recruitment campaigns
• Meet hiring targets within deadlines

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring
• Strong coordination and follow\-up skills
• MS Office and computer knowledge preferred
• Positive attitude and team\-working ability

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
• Experience in recruitment/HR is preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
