HR Recruiter

Location: Partapur Industrial Estate, Meerut, UP \| Full\-time, on\-site

• *About the role**

We’re a rubber manufacturing company scaling fast across two units. We need someone who owns hiring end\-to\-end — from shopfloor operators and press helpers to engineers, QC, and office staff.

• *What you’ll do**

• Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollout, joining formalities
• Build and maintain a live pipeline for high\-turnover shopfloor roles so vacancies don’t stall production
• Develop sourcing channels: ITIs, polytechnics, engineering colleges, local labour networks, job portals, referrals
• Run first\-round screening and shortlist against role\-specific criteria set with department heads
• Track and report hiring metrics weekly — open positions, time\-to\-fill, source effectiveness, offer\-to\-join ratio
• Maintain candidate database and documentation; support onboarding handover to HR

• *What we’re looking for**

• 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably manufacturing or industrial hiring
• Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus, not a requirement
• Comfortable hiring both blue\-collar and white\-collar — this role does both
• Strong local network in Meerut/NCR or willingness to build one fast
• Fluent Hindi and working English; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Two\-wheeler and willingness to travel locally for campus/ITI drives
