We are looking for an energetic and smart HR Recruitment Executive who can help us hire talented people for our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with departments, and managing the complete recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process
• Post job openings on different hiring platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic and face\-to\-face interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with management
• Maintain employee and candidate records
• Build strong candidate pipelines for future hiring
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
