Job Description

  • *Role Summary**

Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process across office, plant and project site functions by sourcing, screening and hiring quality talent within defined timelines. The role is responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the organization's manpower requirements through efficient recruitment processes.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for assigned positions across office, plant and project site functions.
  • Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads and the HR Manager.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media and other recruitment platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, employee referrals, social media, consultants and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, cultural fit, stability and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate salary discussions, offer roll\-out, document collection, joining formalities and pre\-joining follow\-ups.
  • Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, interview feedback and hiring trackers.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, time\-to\-hire, joining ratio and offer acceptance rate.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining confidentiality.
  • *Required Qualifications \& Experience**
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA (HR) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring for Construction, Manufacturing, EPC, Industrial or Engineering organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
