- Understand job requirements in coordination with internal teams
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals
Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain recruitment database and pipelineEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experienceSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (in\-house or consultancy)
- Proficiency in sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work from our Jayanagar office in Bangalore
- Immediate availability preferred
