Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end hiring activities across corporate, sales, operations, and support functions. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and databases
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage candidate communication and recruitment pipelines
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements
• Build talent pools for critical and recurring positions
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate hiring
• Experience hiring for sales, operations, retail, FMCG, pharma, or corporate functions preferred
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals and LinkedIn
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,371\.25 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
