We are an early stage bootstrapped startup with a mission to empower individual of all ages to adapt and follow healthy lifestyle. As a startup, we are seeking a dedicated and committed HR Recruiter.

We are looking for HR Recruiter (An opportunity to grow as a **Founding Member**).

• *Who we’re looking for:**

A proactive HR professional to manage end\-to\-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role requires strong coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to handle both people\-facing and administrative tasks efficiently.

• *Must haves:**

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• *What you’ll do:**

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
