Origain Global Corp is a growing IT solutions company providing innovative software and technology services across India. We are expanding our HR team and looking for an enthusiastic and result\-driven HR Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition operations.

• *Role Overview**

The candidate will be responsible for handling end\-to\-end recruitment activities and managing hiring requirements across multiple locations (Pan India). The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment processes efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Handle Pan India hiring requirements
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities

• *Requirements**

• Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Experience in consultancy or Pan India hiring is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Hands\-on experience with Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
