HR Recruiter – Ozone Overseas Consultants, Kochi

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Ozone Overseas Consultants, Kochi.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
