HR Recruiter

• *JOB RESPONSILITIES**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various job vacancies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with the documentation team to collect the required candidate documents.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the specified timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
