*Job Responsibilities**
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
Recruit for technologies such as SAP, Full Stack Development, Software Architecture, Cloud, Data Analytics, and other IT skill sets.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements.
*Required Skills**
1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
Experience working with portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
