Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities for various job positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for available roles.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
