Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment activities for various job positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for available roles.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
