Proqruit is hiring a Recruiter on behalf of one of our leading clients in the NGO sector. We are looking for a proactive recruitment professional with at least 6 months of recruitment experience to support end\-to\-end hiring activities.
*Responsibilities:**
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
*Requirements:**
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
