Raja Bhai Enterprises is a leading manufacturer and trader of high\-quality agricultural machinery and equipment. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic, self\-motivated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur and handle full\-cycle recruitment along with generalist HR administration.

*Position Summary**

**Role:** HR Executive / Recruiter (HR Assistant)
**Location:** Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur (On\-site / Work from Office)
**Timings:** 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (6 days a week)
**Salary Range:** ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Commensurate with experience) Job Hai

*Key Responsibilities**

**Full\-Cycle Recruitment:** Create, update, and post clear job descriptions on online portals (Job Hai, Indeed, LinkedIn) and active social media platforms. Job Hai
**Candidate Sourcing:** Proactively source, screen, and engage with relevant profiles through online databases and networks. Job Hai
**Interview Coordination:** Shortlist matching candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule final rounds with department heads.
**Background Checks \& Onboarding:** Perform reference checks, verify candidate documentation (PAN, Aadhar, past employment), and drive the onboarding process.
**HR Operations:** Manage daily attendance tracking, handle basic payroll inputs, and maintain employee records on HRMS/spreadsheets.

*Requirements \& Qualifications**

**Education:** Graduate in any stream (BA/BBA/BCA/BCom/MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
**Experience:** 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or an HR generalist role.
**Core Skills:** Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques, basic knowledge of payroll administration, and familiarity with HRMS platforms.
**Communication:** Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
**Traits:** Sound judgment, negotiation skills, and a professional, approachable demeanor.

Pay: ₹9,371\.25 \- ₹20,892\.45 per month
