• *Role Summary**

The Recruiter finds, screens, and shortlists candidates for roles across the group, mainly for international locations like the UAE and Africa. The role needs a confident communicator who can build trust with candidates and work to deadlines.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand the job requirements from the hiring team and prepare the JD in the company format.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and referrals.
• Contact candidates by message, call, and email, and explain the role and company clearly.
• Screen candidates on experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Shortlist suitable profiles and share them with the hiring manager.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Keep a daily tracker of calls, profiles shared, interviews, and offers.
• Share regular updates and feedback with the team.

• *Must Have Skills and Experience**

• Experience in recruitment, preferably international or Gulf hiring.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good calling and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time.
• Graduate in any stream (HR specialisation preferred).

• Experience hiring for the UAE or African markets.

• *Working Hours:**

10 AM to 7 PM

6 days a week.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
