• *Role Summary**

The Recruiter sources, interviews, and assesses blue\-collar workers from Rajasthan for our UAE manpower requirements. This is a standalone role where you own the Rajasthan sourcing region from start to finish and build our UAE workforce pipeline from the ground up.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source blue\-collar workers directly from labour markets across Rajasthan, such as Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Makrana, Fatehpur, Didwana, and nearby towns and villages.
• Find where specific workers are available (stone and marble handling, construction labour, general workers) as per the requirement.
• Build a strong local network of labour contractors, local agents, and village\-level contacts.
• Interview candidates on work experience, physical capability, and willingness to relocate.
• Explain the role, work conditions, and expectations clearly to candidates before they proceed.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and forward them as per the requirement.
• Travel frequently between Vadodara and Rajasthan and stay active in the local labour markets.
• Maintain a reliable database of blue\-collar candidates for current and future needs.
• Keep track of worker availability, which changes with agricultural seasons and other local factors.

Makrana, Didwana, Kuchaman City, Parbatsar, Nawa, Kishangarh, Madanganj, Ajmer, Beawar, Nasirabad, Sikar, Fatehpur, Laxmangarh, Neem Ka Thana, Sri Madhopur, Jalore, Bhinmal, Ahore, Sanchore, Raniwara, Sirohi, Pindwara, Sheoganj, Reodar, Churu, Ratangarh, Sujangarh, Jhunjhunu, Nawalgarh, Dungarpur, Sagwara, Aspur, Sabla, and a few others.

• *Must Have Skills and Experience**

• Preferably from Rajasthan, with practical knowledge of the local labour market.
• Fluent and comfortable in the local or regional dialect.
• Knows which areas are known for which type of labour and how to reach workers there.
• Ready for frequent travel and field work.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to build trust with workers and local contacts.
• Good judgement in assessing candidates for physical and field\-based roles.
• Self\-driven and able to work independently in the field.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
