Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities for new hires.
Verify candidate documents and maintain employee records.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support other HR activities as and when required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹9,350\.87 \- ₹30,944\.89 per month
