HR Recruiter-SAP

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• All ISO Audit document handling \& coordinate with Management team during the audit process
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed.
• Utilized Canva to design and create job advertisement flyers and recruitment creatives.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment process.
• Follow up candidates –throughout the hiring process (from initial interaction to onboarding)
• Recruitment 80% \& Operation 20%
