Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities.Handle bulk hiring and blue\-collar/white\-collar recruitment for manufacturing positions.Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Basic MS Excel, Word, and Email knowledge.
- Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹9,371\.25 \- ₹30,892\.45 per month
