We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end hiring for our company. The candidate should be able to source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates for different roles.
*Responsibilities:**
Source candidates from job portals, social media, references, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
Coordinate interviews with department heads and candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with selected candidates for documents and joining
Support onboarding and basic HR coordination
*Requirements:**
Prior experience in recruitment preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
