### **We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the end\-to\-end recruitment process.**
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
### **Required Skills**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Experience in sourcing through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong coordination and follow\-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
### **Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
### **Preferred Skills**
- Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
