- Source candidates through portals, referrals, databases, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview process
- Negotiate salary and explain offer details to selected candidates
