*Key Responsibilities:**
Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing positions
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and agencies
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate database
Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Visit nearby institutes, agencies, and companies for recruitment networking and lead generation.
*Requirements:**
1–3 years of recruitment experience
Experience in manufacturing or plant hiring is preferred
Strong sourcing, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines
