Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end\-to\-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring candidates for various technical and non\-technical positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Handle recruitment for technical and non\-technical positions as per business requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment deadlines.
• Strong follow\-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and reporting.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in technical recruitment or manufacturing recruitment will be preferred.
