Salary: Upto ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

• *About the Role**

We are looking for an energetic and people\-oriented HR Recruiter to support end\-to\-end hiring across multiple industries and roles. Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, customer interaction, or recruitment are encouraged to apply.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams
• Maintain candidate databases and follow\-up records
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles
• Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate experience

• *Requirements**

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with calling and candidate coordination
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online hiring platforms preferred
• Recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Candidates from sales, telecalling, customer service, or lead generation backgrounds can apply
