Job Description

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination and administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle day\-to\-day HR responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes with department heads.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management and employee information.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll processing and HR operations.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with management.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily and monthly HR reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate; MBA in HR is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR administration.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
