HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Executive)

• *About the role**

We are looking for a confident, articulate Recruiter to join our HR team. You will find, engage and hire candidates for roles across our client accounts, including voice process, logistics, IT and non\-IT roles. Because you are the first point of contact for every candidate, your spoken and written communication must be excellent.

• *Key responsibilities**

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients, and draft clear job descriptions
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and databases
• Post jobs on job portals and manage applications
• Screen resumes and run telephone screening calls to assess communication, skills, salary expectations and notice period
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and send timely reminders and follow\-ups to candidates
• Keep candidates informed at every stage and give a professional, positive candidate experience
• Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and collect feedback
• Negotiate offers, follow up on documentation and support onboarding
• Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS, trackers and daily reports
• Meet targets for calls, interviews scheduled and closures

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience; BPO, IT or logistics hiring is a plus
• **Excellent spoken and written English**, with a clear, confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Good Boolean search skills and portal knowledge (Naukri Resdex, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Good with MS Office / Google Workspace, email and spreadsheets
• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines

• Experience in bulk or volume hiring
• Experience with an ATS or HR tool
• Experience hiring for international or UK/US process roles

• *6 days a week working**

Pay: Up to ₹400,000\.00 per year
