We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Recruiter to support hiring activities for multiple franchise outlets across different locations. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic screenings, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and following up with outlet owners to ensure timely hiring.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Review applications and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and franchise owners.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and share offer letters with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.
Regularly follow up with outlet owners regarding current and upcoming hiring requirements.
Ensure positions are filled within the required timelines.
Provide daily and weekly recruitment updates.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets.
Experience with Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, or similar job portals is preferred.
